We are pleased to announce that general practitioners and other primary care referrers can now refer patients digitally to Skin & Vision Clinics via ZorgDomein. This gives referrers a fast, secure and efficient way to refer patients to our clinic.
Through ZorgDomein the referrer can refer the patient to us digitally. This has several advantages:
- relevant medical information is automatically included in the referral letter;
- the referrer sees up-to-date information about our services, waiting times and the applicable referral criteria;
- the patient receives the right information and can arrive well prepared for the first appointment.
